Daryll Propp
Daryll Propp has more than 40 years of real estate development experience and retail development across the United States. For the last 10 years, his primary focus has been in South Dakota and Colorado for office development, retail development and providing in-house management and leasing. Among his long list of developed properties, Daryll has developed more than one million square feet of office space in Colorado. He started the Elkhorn Ridge Development 10 years ago after acquiring Frawley Ranch. He plans to preserve this historic and nationally-recognized ranch as has been done in the past. As a Denver native, Propp went to college in the Denver Area, served six years in the Air Force, and is a Vietnam veteran.

Bob Drew
Bob Drew has been a real estate broker since 1995 and a Coldwell Banker Associate since 2000. Drew achieved impressive success for several years as an independent and commercial properties and business broker. Upon joining Coldwell Banker, Drew has received top recognition for sales achievement and is continually a top 10 sales broker in the company.
Drew is dedicated to helping build the community at Frawley Ranches Estates. Additionally, his real estate experience includes co-developing Copperfield Vistas, owning and developing Eagle Ridge Apartments, and developing Apple Springs Resort, Summerset, and Hyland Park.
Joe Bennington
Joe Bennington has a total of 15 years of sales experience, providing clients with a high level of customer service. Bennington worked as a professional auctioneer beginning in 2004 and in 2005, after being involved with properties sold at auctions, joined the Coldwell Banker family. With an expertise in residential and commercial brokerage, Bennington can offer his knowledge and service to make any project a success.
Bennington is the lead broker for Frawley Ranches Estates. As a lifetime resident of the Black Hills he is committed to seeing this community grow and prosper.
Sue Cramer CRS, GRJ, ABR
Born and raised in Belle Fourche, Sue Cramer’s roots run deep in the Northern Black Hills. As a resident of Spearfish since 1980, she raised two children and has been involved in the ownership of multiple businesses over the years. Believing in the value of real estate investment in the Northern Hills, Sue has spent the last 18 years in the real estate market.
Beginning her real estate career in 1992 with the 1st Real Estate Center, Sue achieved the title of owner and managing broker in 2004 through pure dedication and perseverance. Consistently remaining one of the Top Producing Realtors, she was one of the first Realtors in the Northern Hills to earn her Certified Residential Specialist degree. Focusing on the importance of education and professionalism, Sue also obtained her Graduate Real Estate Institute and Accredited Buyer Representative designations.
More recently, Sue has served on the Statewide Regional Grievance & Professional Standards Committee since 2000 as well as remaining active on the local Board of Realtors where she severed as president in 2000.
As her full-time profession and passion, Sue has earned a reputation as a hard working, honest and professional Realtor in the Northern Hills.
Greg Oman
As a lifelong resident of the Black Hills, Greg Oman enjoys all of the wonderful activities the Hills have to offer. With over 30 years of sales experience involving travel, he understands the uniqueness and history of Western South Dakota. Recently joining Coldwell Banker, Greg continually proves his dedication to the real estate market through constant self education.
